Terms & Conditions: 1. Acceptance By purchasing any products, memberships, class packages, online programs, workshops, or event registrations from 2EZ Training Club, you agree to these Terms & Conditions 2. Booking Policy All classes must be booked through the official booking system. Bookings are subject to availability. A valid package or membership is required before booking. 3. Cancellation & No Show Members may cancel bookings up to 12 hours before class. Late cancellation or no-show may result in deduction of class credits. 4. Membership Membership benefits are non-transferable. 2EZ reserves the right to amend membership benefits, class schedules, and operating hours with prior notice. 5. Packages and memberships Credits are: Non-refundable Valid according to the package purchased Unused credits after expiry will be forfeited unless otherwise approved by management. 6. Online Programs Online programs are licensed to the purchaser only. Sharing login credentials, downloading for redistribution, or reselling materials is strictly prohibited. 7. Events & Workshops Registration is confirmed only after successful payment. 2EZ reserves the right to amend event schedules due to unforeseen circumstances. 8. Liability Participants acknowledge the risks associated with physical exercise. 2EZ Training Club shall not be liable for injuries, illnesses, loss of personal belongings, or damages arising from participation, except where required by law. 9. Changes 2EZ reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Payment Policy: 1. Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Card FPX DuitNow (if available) Other payment methods listed during checkout 2. Payment Confirmation Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. 3. Failed Payments If payment fails, your booking or purchase will not be confirmed. 4. Membership Renewal Recurring memberships will be charged automatically where applicable. Members are responsible for ensuring their payment method remains valid. 5. Price Changes 2EZ reserves the right to revise pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already confirmed. 6. Promotions Only one promotion or discount code may be applied per transaction unless otherwise stated. Refund Policy: 1. Memberships Membership fees are generally non-refundable once activated 2. Class Packages Packages are non-refundable after purchase. Extensions are granted only under approved circumstances at management's discretion. 3. Workshops More than 14 days before event: Full refund (less payment gateway/admin fees if applicable). 7–14 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: No refund. 4. Online Programs Due to the digital nature of online products, all purchases are final. No refunds will be provided once access has been granted. 5. Duplicate Payments Duplicate or accidental payments will be refunded after verification.
