Whether you've already secured your race ticket or you're still deciding, HYROX START HERE is designed to give you the knowledge, confidence, and practical guidance to prepare for your first HYROX race.

This beginner-friendly workshop is led by the coaches at 2EZ Training Club, an Official HYROX Training Club in Cheras. Throughout the morning, you'll learn how HYROX works, understand race strategies, complete the official HYROX Physical Fitness Test (PFT), and leave with a clear roadmap to prepare for race day.
