A: A structered training system to prepare for REDLINE Fitness Game. You train strength, conditioning,
pacing, fast recovery, mindset, building engine by our coaches and programs
Q: I'm a beginner can I join?
A: Everyone can join. Beginner, intermediate or you are a pro, with or without race experience is welcome.
Q: How long is the program?
A: Depend on membership above - designed around REDLINE Asia. You can join any intake.
Q: How many session per month?
A: We designed 2 tiers of plan, you can just find which 1 is fit you.
Q: What if i can't attend all?
A: Extention of due date for credits package may have extra processing fee.
Q: How do i claim my REDLINE ticket?
A: We get your back, our program includes 3 different tiers of sponsor for HYROX ticket package. You’ll train and compete with us. HYROX ticket claim with showing your personalized ticket and invoice you received
Q: Can i join even I'm had another gym membership?
A: Yes! Many of our member keep their regular gym and train with us too.
Q: is there a refund or transfer policy?
A: No, there is no refund when you cancel the plan; you can’t attend your registred race; balance credits for the month / end of plan.
Q: Can I cancel the plan within period as mention?
A: No, you can’t cancel your plan after you got REDLINE ticket sponsor. Unless, you agree to paying back the ticket sponsored price, because we are supporting our member REDLINE ticket, once cancelled not consider as 2EZ member, and not entitle to enjoy the benefits
